Deputi can be linked to your accounting software in order to build a picture of your companies cash flow, suppliers and customers. Deputi is able to track and alert you when customer accounts remain unpaid, or a supplier invoice becomes overdue.
You can associate contracts, receipts and other accounting documents with each contact, making it easier for your accountant to have a full picture of your business when it comes around to finalising your annual accounts.
Deputi understands that your company financials might be sensitive and yet it is important for various member of the team to at least have visibility of progress against targets etc.. That is why you can choose to share access to reports and data at a granular level.
Deputi already connects to Xero and is launching on their marketplace very soon. Connectivity to Sage and Quick Books will be coming very soon.
